WHere is an easy take on a drink featured on our latest drinks list. Designed as a batch premix which is bursting with essence of a holiday season, rendering it ideal for your celebration. Any leftover citrus syrup to use in brunch beverages, desserts, or for additional servings of this cocktail.

Yields 10 people
To make the Clementine Cordial (produces 750ml)
300ml recently pressed clementine juice
200ml newly squeezed lemon juice
500g granulated sugar
For the Cocktail (yields 850ml, to serve 10)
400ml good quality vodka
100ml dry gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml citrus syrup (from the recipe above)
Whole cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, as a final touch
Instructions
To prepare the Citrus Syrup: Combine every items in a saucepan, bring to a light boil, mixing to dissolve. Next, take off the heat and leave to cool entirely. Decant to a sealable bottle, cap it keeping it in the fridge, it can be stored for about one month.
For the Batch Mix: Pour the specified liquids into a large bottle, leave to sit for one hour, then strain , ideally through cheesecloth, to ensure it's fully clarified.
To serve: Pour 85ml from the premix into your stirring glass containing ice, gently stirring lightly for about 60 seconds until cold. Filter to a chilled martini glass or equivalent, decorate with the cranberries and complete it with a brief mist of mandarin oil above the glass.
